Collaborative Interlinking Animation:
In Part one of this module, we were tasked to deliver a collaborative piece of animation that needed to be created in groups. As a motion designer, one often needs to collaborate and work in a team environment to produce a final animation. Important to this workflow was setting up a successful animation production pipeline where individuals would take on specific roles and responsibilities of the pipeline and also share the workload to produce an animation piece that combines the best skills of each individual. We Constructed an animated scene made up of various elements that transported our precious egg from one part of the frame to the next.
We created a discord for this project and worked from that. We set out different roles for each individual, these being asset creation, animation, sound and overall look and feel.

I discovered that working in groups can be both a relief and a stress as people have different opinions. We were given this task to hone in on our strengths, delegate responsibilities and tasks, and setup timeline milestones and deliverables that will make up the final animation.
